Kemi Chen

Kemi Chen received the M.E. degree from the School of Information Science and Engineering, Huaqiao University, Xiamen, China. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree at the College of Physics and Information Engineering, Fuzhou University. His research interests focus on semantic communication, tactile perception, video enhancement, and signal processing.
